Cancellation & Refund
Registrants can request a refund of the registration fee via email to The Organoid Society by October 16(Thur.), 2025.
Refunds will only be processed after refund request emails are received.
Standard Total Amount to be Refunded
By October 16(Thur.), 2025 Refunds except for transfer fee
After October 17(Fri.), 2025 No Refund

Please send 'Registration Cancellation Request' to The Organoid Society e-mail.
After receiving the request, the payment cancellation will be processed within 3~5 days.
