[Registration Includes]

  • · Access the entire scientific program and the abstract book
  • · Entry to sponsor exhibitions and poster presentations
  • · Lunch (Day 1, Day 2)

[Notice of Annual fee]

  • · The annual fee is for member only. (*Trainee Member do not have to pay an annual fee.)
  • · The annual fee is KRW 50,000.
  • · Member who have not paid the annual fee for 2023 must pay a total of 250,000 won by adding the annual fee to the registration fee. (issued as a single receipt).
  • · Non-member cannot register, and if you want to register on-site, you can pay an additional annual fee on-site.

Cancellation & Refund
Registrants can request a refund of the registration fee via email to The Organoid Society by October 17(Mon.), 2023.
Refunds will only be processed after refund request emails are received.

After October 18(Tue.), 2023 No Refund

After receiving the request, the payment cancellation will be processed within 3 days.
